By participating in any activity involving Adaptiv Mobility equipment, you agree to the following:
Training Requirement
All riders will be fitted and trained by an Adaptiv Mobility team member before riding.
You must not exceed the limits of the training provided at any time.
Safety Gear
A minimum of an open-face helmet and gloves must be worn at all times while riding.
We strongly recommend additional protection including a full-face helmet, neck brace, and elbow pads – all of which can be provided.
Risk Acknowledgement
You understand that off-road cycling is an inherently risky activity. Adaptiv Mobility accepts no responsibility for injuries sustained while using our equipment.
Equipment Use & Damage
Any mechanical damage resulting from use beyond the scope of your training will be charged at full retail cost.
Post-Ride Safety Check
We strongly advise that you check your skin thoroughly after each ride, especially if you have reduced sensation.
Media Consent
By participating, you give Adaptiv Mobility permission to use any photos or video taken during your session for promotional and social media purposes.
