Most products on our shop are available without VAT for individuals or charities entitled to exemption, eligible items are clearly marked on each product page.
All our products are listed inclusive and exclusive of VAT pricing, once added to your basket and the relevant self declaration information has been submitted you will be displayed your final price at checkout automatically.
How it works?
Products or services specifically designed or adapted for people with disabilities or chronic medical conditions are eligible of VAT exemption. Examples of eligible products include adaptive bikes, wheelchairs, and clip on hand-bikes. Certain services may also be eligible for VAT relief.
To claim VAT relief, the individual with a relevant disability must submit their details when making a purchase, this gives scope for relief to be claimed even if purchasing on behalf of someone entitled to exemption. PLEASE NOTE this is a self declaration and there may be serious repercussions if incorrectly claimed.
