Refund and Returns Policy
Not happy with your purchase?
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, items that are of a personal nature can not be returned, this includes Cushions, Backrests, and any other seating & positioning solution.
Items that are not of a personal nature and that have not been custom made or customised to your requirements can be returned for exchange or a refund within 30 days of receipt. Any costs involved in returning any products will be met by you, unless the items are damaged or faulty when received. The items must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Faulty goods?
If your purchase is faulty or damaged please contact us within 30 days from date of purchase before returning the item.
All products come with a 1 year manufacturers guarantee. Faults MUST be reported within this time otherwise unfortunately we cannot replace the item.
Method of Refund?
We will refund your original purchase debit or credit card.
Refunds issued will be back in your account in 3-5 working days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
