No - you’re welcome to drop in anytime during our opening hours. If you’d like to to try specific equipment or want a wheelchair assessment, booking is required. This gives us time to get everything ready for you - all assessments are carried out in our private assessment room.
Yes. You can drop in to test certain items, and we’ll help you find the right fit. Assessments or outdoor test rides need to be booked in advance.

Yes. Our workshop can service most adaptive bikes, mobility devices, and wheelchairs regardless of where you originally purchased them.
Yes, we can deliver and professionally set up equipment anywhere in the UK.
Yes - if anything goes wrong, we liaise directly with the manufacturer to get it sorted.
Yes. We can provide detailed quotes, technical specs, and support letters for Charities, Sports foundations, Access to Work, Case managers and Local Authority/NHS referrals

Custom-built equipment isn’t returnable, but we always work with you to ensure a perfect fit. Standard stock items can usually be returned within 30 days in new conditions and original packaging
