The Triride Tribike Manual is a compact, lightweight manual handbike attachment designed to convert a standard manual wheelchair into an active, fitness-focused tricycle.

Description

The new TriRide TriBike Manual is a handbike for those who want to pedal.

Compact and lightweight, the TriBike Manual brings pure handcycling performance to your lifestyle. Built around high-grade framing and precision components, it provides an authentic sports cycling experience tailored specifically to manual wheelchair users.

Featured with comfort hand pedals, an adjustable pedalling position and dual disc brakes. It is available in different colours on request.

Key Specifications

Design: Inspired by sport handbikes for smooth, independent outdoor handling and exercise.

Weight: Starts at approximately 7.5 kg (transport weight excluding connection arms) up to about 9.5 kg total.

Wheels & Tyres: Available with 16″ or 20″ double-wall aluminum rims and a choice of city or cross tyres.

Gears & Braking: Features Shimano Nexus 8-speed (or optional 11-speed) hub gears alongside a dual-brake system combining a disc brake and a rim V-brake.

Adjustability: Features customisable, comfort-focused hand pedals with an adjustable pedaling position.

Compatibility: Easily docks to a wide range of manual wheelchairs via a dedicated mounting bracket.

I honestly cannot recommend Adaptiv Mobility highly enough. From the very beginning, Tom and the team were incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about helping me find the right setup for my needs rather than simply “selling a wheelchair.” I recently purchased a pre-loved TiLite ZRA titanium chair through them, and the level of care, attention and time they gave me was exceptional. Tom went above and beyond accommodating my requests, fitting and adjusting my Jay J3 backrest properly, checking positioning and comfort, and making sure the chair truly worked for me personally. Nothing ever felt rushed. What really stood out to me is that Adaptiv Mobility clearly has a genuine passion for sourcing some of the best mobility and adaptive equipment available on the market. Their knowledge of active wheelchairs, adaptive mobility and custom setups is outstanding, and it was genuinely a pleasure to be able to visit them, see the equipment in person and seek their help and expertise. I also really admire the events and community involvement they do to help give disabled people the opportunity to experience adaptive equipment, improve independence and live life more fully. You can tell this is far more than just a business to them. Even though my chair was pre-loved, it genuinely feels premium, beautifully set up and almost like a custom chair made specifically for me. As someone with complex neurological and mobility conditions, having the correct setup is life-changing, and they completely understood that. The chair itself has honestly exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciate the time, patience and care they gave throughout the entire process. Thank you again to Tom and everyone at Adaptiv Mobility for all your help and kindness.
