Can't recommend the team enough. Sorted out my Triride very reseaonable and sold me a replacement for my knackered Freewheel. Loads of interesting add-ons in the showroom - some top end equipment!

I honestly cannot recommend Adaptiv Mobility highly enough. From the very beginning, Tom and the team were incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about helping me find the right setup for my needs rather than simply “selling a wheelchair.” I recently purchased a pre-loved TiLite ZRA titanium chair through them, and the level of care, attention and time they gave me was exceptional. Tom went above and beyond accommodating my requests, fitting and adjusting my Jay J3 backrest properly, checking positioning and comfort, and making sure the chair truly worked for me personally. Nothing ever felt rushed. What really stood out to me is that Adaptiv Mobility clearly has a genuine passion for sourcing some of the best mobility and adaptive equipment available on the market. Their knowledge of active wheelchairs, adaptive mobility and custom setups is outstanding, and it was genuinely a pleasure to be able to visit them, see the equipment in person and seek their help and expertise. I also really admire the events and community involvement they do to help give disabled people the opportunity to experience adaptive equipment, improve independence and live life more fully. You can tell this is far more than just a business to them. Even though my chair was pre-loved, it genuinely feels premium, beautifully set up and almost like a custom chair made specifically for me. As someone with complex neurological and mobility conditions, having the correct setup is life-changing, and they completely understood that. The chair itself has honestly exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciate the time, patience and care they gave throughout the entire process. Thank you again to Tom and everyone at Adaptiv Mobility for all your help and kindness. I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for honest advice, excellent service and high-quality adaptive mobility equipment.

Yesterday I collected my new Triride Compact HT. Stu was on hand to ensure it was set up perfectly for my chair. It was great to come and see the new workshop and all of the chairs and bikes on display, it was like being a kid in a sweet shop 😂

Jack and the team are second to none and have always gone above and beyond to help make things affordable and efficient. Tom did a home visit on a weekend today to help keep me mobile massive thanks for that 🙏🏻

Fantastic service from this company. Jack was amazing right from the start. Dealt with any queries we had promptly and kept us updated on the progression of our order. My brother's new Tri-ride is fantastic. There are a few steps to setting it up, which Jack and fellow workers kindly sent over a personalised video detailing tips, do's and don'ts on how to set it up. Can't rate them highly enough. Thank you for making my brother's mobility so much easier!!

The team at Adaptiv are such experienced riders. That knowledge is the key; the advice they can offer is so important when you are committing to an adaptive bike purchase.

I recently bought some ex demo loop wheels from this company through the online store, so I haven’t been there in person. I would like to say that there was brilliant communication, much appreciated! We were talking about change of pushrims and they were very knowledgeable and helpful! Thanks :)

Just had an incredible bowhead experience day with these guys. Tom and Ash were awesome! They were great teachers and very attentive to needs throughout the day. We had so much fun tearing it up on the trails. Can’t wait to do it again. 11/5 stars.
