V-Trak Segmented backrests are comprised of modular sections to suit users with complex needs. The segmented components can be arranged in any combination of size and orientation to suit different body shapes, spine profiles and pressure distribution needs. Sections are available in a wide range of adult and pediatric sizes and are combined to create personalized support. V-Trak hardware ensures that your segmented backrest can fit a wide range of wheelchairs.

Fully crash tested for added confidence with integral lateral supports for increased stability, internal straps for lumbar profiling and for adjusting the resilience and feel of the backrest.

Adjustable support in every segment:

Each segment can be adjusted across two or four internal horizontal straps, and tensioned separately to target your specific needs. Further adjustments can be made as your needs change. Some of the segments have independently adjustable ‘wings’ for symmetrical and asymmetrical positioning.
